Through Region 8 Community Mental Health Services a product was developed titled “Mississippi Transportation Guide”. This guide identifies transportation needs and issues in Mississippi for individuals with disabilities and developmental disabilities. The Mississippi Council on Developmental Disabilities has promoted the use of person/family centered planning for many groups including individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages, and for persons with other related disabilities.
